B&O wanted to ensure that even in public, your voice would be heard clearly by those you speak to on a hands-free mobile call. To accomplish this, they built six microphones into the stems and implemented beamforming technology, which focuses the microphones on your voice, minimizing background noise.

There’s no need to fear when wearing the Beoplay EX outdoors or at the gym. Bang & Olufsen have gifted them with IP57-rated durability, which makes them significantly dust, sweat, and water resistant. In fact, the earphones can withstand being submerged in up to 3.3′ of water for up to 30 minutes. So a hard workout or being caught in a sudden downpour are no match for the Beoplay EX.

On a single charge the Beoplay EX can last for up to 8 hours with ANC turned off (up to 6 hours with it on), and the included charging case provides an additional 20 hours within its built-in battery. Charging the earbuds is as easy as placing them inside the case and closing the lid. Charging the case is easy, too. Simply plug in the included USB charging cable and use an optional adapter, or place them on an optional Qi-compatible charging pad.

As soon as you remove the earphones from the case, they will conveniently auto pair with the last known device.

With Multipoint technology you can seamlessly switch between paired devices. For example, you can listen to streaming videos on your tablet and quickly take an incoming call on your smartphone, all without needing to re-pair to the devices.

The B&O mobile app lets you remotely manage a variety of headphone settings. You can adjust listening modes, equalizer settings, manage noise cancellation and transparency, view battery life, and more.
