Still holding on to the design language of a detachable amp module, the new
version of Q5s is compatible with all FiiO AM series modules. The
standard AM3D balanced amp module included is equipped with the Type-C
port, along with the 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced headphone output.

THX AAA amp module

The AM3D is an independent amp module being certified by THX, meaning it
has reliably cut the mustard of THX AAA technology. The two THX AAA-78 modules
build a fully balanced amp architecture, achieving more superior audio
performance as well as output power, so to immerse users in a music world of
high quality yet low distortion.

Packing dual AK4493 chips

The extremely powerful flagship DAC and amplifier has once again set a new bar
in performance. The Q5s (Type C version) employs a dual DAC design, with
the left and right channels each equipped with the next generation AKM
AK4493EQ DAC chip一with its lower distortion, higher signal-to-noise ratio, and
greatly more refined mids and highs.

Bluetooth 5.0, aptX adaptive added

Thanks to the Qualcomm QCC5124 Bluetooth chip, the Q5s (Type C version) is
able to support Bluetooth 5.0, which keeps hi-res Bluetooth formats like the
LDAC and aptX HD, but with a new format added- aptX adaptive. It owns stable
audio output streams so that it can ensure a free shuffle between low latency
when playing games/watching videos, and high quality when enjoying music.
