**Aerospace-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, treated with five-axis CNC

machining**

The FH7’s shell is made of aerospace-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy,
shaped by five-axis CNC machining. To ultimately create the shell, the alloy
needs to go through 21 steps in a total of 3873 cuts, and is finished with a
final round of sandblasting and hand polishing.

Getting the pressure off of your eardrums

Through optimizing the damping and internal structure, the air pressures at
the front and rear cavities of the FH7 are balanced, relieving uneven
pressure from your eardrums for
